Don’t order from Webkinz eStore. I just did last night and I did not receive my feature codes. I emailed customer service with the email address they have you respond to and the email came back to me. I then used the customer service button and filled out all the required information. Now I’m waiting 24 hours for a reply. I might also have to call my credit card company and all that mess. Grrrrr…..why can’t they just produce a product that works right the first time!!!!! I’m really getting ticked at Ganz over all of this and other things too. They’ve got my money, I’ve got no product and it’s even a virtual product at that! What’s the deal!
As an update: Still no word from the eStore about my order. I know, it’s only 12 hours later, but still. I’ve checked my order history and still no codes. The status is: processing. I was checking other forums last night and I’m not the only one with this problem from the Webkinz eStore. I sure hope they are fixing the problem, but I’d sure like a response to my email. Hello……Anybody HOME?????
